I don't know what Welling have to do to get Manager of the Month. 

Twice last season, Steve King had the joint best record and both times it went to the other manager. In February, Welling United and Hampton and Richmond Borough had a 3-1-1 record and Hampton's manager got it even though the draw for each time was a 1-1 between the two teams. I would have thought that the fact that it was at Hampton could have swung it in Bradley Quinton's favour.

 That's a myth. It was certainly not the case for Cray Wanderers or Cray Valley PM.
