I was asked to attend the league dinner as only two other people were going. I happily went along and paid for my own travel, room etc. I also attended the league online meeting a few months ago as I was asked to with only one club official able to attend

I don't own any of the club, I'm not on the board, i don't have any involvement in the club finances outside of trying to put events on and raising money for BTB. So I'm a fan, pure and simple. Just someone trying to help out and do their bit. Not sure what the issue is with that?

It's all getting very boring now with people having various agendas and in some cases talking to themselves on here. Very sad indeed.

By virtue of your position with WUSA you do own part of the club.

By virtue of representing the club at the League Annual Meeting (AGM), you stop being a fan!

Your post is the same self-denial that has you defending MG and the duplicitous run around he has given Welling United and the Local Community.

And before you make out your some victim here from real talk, yes: I get you feel passionately for the club, but like the river, denial will lead to ruin....
