nothing to do with rule of six but everything to do with leagues from national step 2 and above (us to Premier) not being allowed crowds till October. Of course come October that could all change and still not allowed crowds just need to see what the government, F.A. National League, Bexley Council and uncle tom cobley decide can happen.
Edit: Just seen on National Forum EFL testing with upto 1000 fans this weekend. Hopefully all goes well and trickles down to our level.
