If you read the NL North's statement it seems the advice on framing players contracts from the FA was once you start playing you start paying... and continue to do so. I'd therefore expect this round to become a complete mess if the southern clubs contracts are framed the same way and no financial assistance is forthcoming.
Don't know if this is up and running but would be good for those who can't get in
In preparation for the 2020/21 season, the club announced a partnership with Raise Your Game Sports Films [25] to film the club's matches and to provide a highlights package to supporters as well as to live stream games if the club's games have to be played behind closed doors because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
According to FA site they are working with government and decision will come early next week. Hope they allow fans otherwise clubs will need to sort out streaming online.
Just seen on facebook a limited number of away tickets available online with no cash sales on the day. Checked their portal and tickets will not go on sale till Monday at 08.00
My understanding is that the club do have the password, however they are waiting for confirmation that away supporters can attend the game. Despite the allocation being made available, the DCMS may say that as we are classed as an elite side, we may not be allowed to have supporters.
The club want to get this clarified first before releasing them, to save then having to arrange refunds etc

There has been a rumour that some clubs might forfeit their FA cup tie if no funding is received to compensate for lack of crowds. Does anybody know how long we can keep going without crowds. Also has there been any dialogue with other South Division clubs regarding a combined petition. I know that there has been in the North.
Fair play - good support for their level. I've held off buying to go through the away fan bit - I am not sure for what reason. I wonder if I am going to regret it.

Most of the North were of the opinion that they would not start the season without spectators or an alternative source of funding. Apparently the contracts were amended to an FA recommended approach where there is no liability to pay the players before undertaking the first match but, thereafter, they are liable to pay. There is therefore the very real chance that you play one match, have no further similar source of income and then are liable to pay the wages until the money runs out. Not unreasonably, this is not viewed by many as sustainable so, as I understand it, they weren't going to start playing.
In that scenario, I presume whoever you are playing get a bye, as happened when Merthyr withdrew. Conceivably, if a number of other National League and EFL clubs fall by the wayside, you could wind up with a number of Level 3 clubs getting in the third round simply because they have access to spectator revenue. So much for competition integrity. If the North don't play and the South do, how do you manage the pyramid structure going forward this season?
Apparently there is some ruling about no one suffering adversely if they withdraw due to Covid which is why Merthyr withdrew from the Southern League. If you were Hungerford and reckoned you were on to the same suffering as last season, what is your incentive to play the season if you know you won't be relegated if you don't.
Are the southern teams more resilient than the northern? Maybe, but I find that a stretch. Are the southern clubs owned by people prepared to take more of a risk? Possibly.
I don't see what the benefit of that would be though if the whole league structure becomes compromised.
Someone will have to blink first but I don't see what the clubs gain by it being them. Do I have faith we aren't carrying on regardless? In the absence of any other information, no, unless that is the real reason why we have not released access to the tickets available to us?
So 300 Sheppy fans are not a risk but 255 Sheppy fans with 45 Welling fans are. This is a disgusting edict from the F.A. who in my mind are not fit for purpose. Another nail in the coffin of National Leagues North and South. Just hope a few of you managed to get tickets from the home allocation.
