Certainly looks that way, thank goodness for the good streaming service we get as an alternative. Be a great shame if the Christmas & New Year matches are also behind closed doors. Becoming a Director looks like the best way to watch live football!
Next Tuesday at home to Oxford with the victors at home to Concord or Truro in the following round
Whoever wins tomorrow (and please let it be us) will not be playing the scheduled trophy game on Saturday as tomorrows game Concord v Truro is off waterlogged pitch. They have postponed till Saturday.
Just listened to the latest interview with Brad (thanks Gav)....not sure it is instilling a whole lot of confidence in me that things will turn round soon!
Not sure I can point to the issues but is it...
1. Players not good enough
2. Coaching is wrong
3. Players too young...need a couple off old experienced heads in there (which Chippenham had)
4. Not enough concentration for 90 mins
5. Desperate need of a striker that knows what the netty thing is
Tough to fathom but clearly we need points soon otherwise we will make it very hard for ourselves
Well its ok saying "we've had a chat about it" but how many times a season will you hear that from various managers across all the leagues?
Needs to take some responsibility in assembling this group of players, that are to inexperienced in places or just simply not performing well enough for this level.
If what he has said is 100% how they are feeling then should be a reaction tomorrow, but if not then it should be last chance saloon for a few, can't go through the Xmas period like this and will have a week and half to try do something. Havant and Dulwich are two most inform teams in the league right now and ebbsfleet you never know could spend another few grand by the time we play.
