This is a good point and we had looked at the possibility of setting the barrel up outside.

However the issue we have is cask beer needs time to settle before being poured and it is not practical for us to set up outside. I can only assume the casks at Dulwich and St Albans contain bright beer which doesn't require time to settle before pouring.
