I doubt either will start as it doesn't seem they've had much game time recently.

Absolutely shocking first half from us. Woeful. We deserve to go down on that performance but Im hoping we do something in the second half. Walking around to the bar at half-time I heard a couple of fans say if we go down I wont bother coming here next season. Thats the reality of where we are.

Shocking performance, we were lucky to get a point. I think this should be the end for Taylor. Forget tactics if we can't do the basics then it's not good enough. To many poor individual performances today.

I too am in the camp that Peter Taylor should resign or be removed now. I think we have one throw left of the dice at staying up and a change of managment is that last throw.

Not much point in changing manager, unless there is someone better to take over, be careful what is wished for or well get MG taking over, again!

Disjointed, without any shape and a continuance of long ball football. If you are top of the table you can spurn two gilt edged chances and it hve no effect, however, when you are 2nd from bottom and the bottom side are 4-1up away from home, such chances are critical. We missed two. A change of manager, what would that change. Little or no money, with the goal today papering over the cracks. We have little up front apart from Dipo and that will not change, which is probably critical. Looking at the fixtures to come, unless we improve quickly we better prepare ourselves for the future which may not be in this league.

Are you kidding? Still no secretary in place after nearly a month?

They have someone living a quarter of a mile away with 50 years plus experience.

Sounds like I'm lucky I woke up with covid. Taylor has to go, and so does day training. Decent players ain't gonna miss a day's work to come play for us. We've limited who we can sign and it shows.

It said in todays programme we have appointed someone called Deniz. Im confused as to why we signed two players on Friday yet neither were even in the squad today?

Not sacked, seemed to have had enough after the game. Neil Smith starts next week.

He didn't give the impression that he was walking out when I spoke to him after the game and I thought that Neil Smith was interested in the Woking job. Where did you hear otherwise?

Most of the time it is sad to see a manager go and Taylor did a fair job to start with and with very limited resources but our form of late has been dire and he has shown little inclination to change it. We brought two players in on Friday, who I understand were registered, and yet neither of them are part of the matchday squad - that in itself speaks volumes! The change is too little too later for me but we have to try and do something because another 10 games like the previous 10 and we are just sleepwalking towards relegation!

Saturday was an awful game of football from both sides. Another free header from a set piece conceded and I think the last time a team scored a decent goal against us was back at the D******* game over a month ago (yes the Hemel winner was a very good strike but the defending prior to it was awful)

Once again we missed two sitters as we did in the previous home game and had they gone in then we may have kicked on and won the game. However we shouldn't forget that Bath missed a sitter quite late on to kill the game themselves. And when we did score why did we all run to the corner flag to celebrate like we had won the league when, in such a pivotal "must win" game, someone should have got the ball out of the net, plonked it on the centre spot and then we can set about trying to win the game..?!

I would have given man of the match to the ball to be honest as both sides leathered it from one end to the other with little or no accuracy and the poor thing must have had enough by the end of the game!

So let's see who we manage to get in off the pitch (and hopefully on it as well) to give ourselves a fighting chance of staying up..

Up the Wings!

Having watched the highlights on Bath City TV (not sure whats happened to ours) Bath City could have scored 3 goals from set pieces. Olu winning man of the match was a bit of a joke as his was a 6/10 performance. When it comes to stopping crosses our full backs seem uninterested.

One of the reasons we scored was because the Bath defender was feigning injury. It was then a decent give and go between Allen and Muscatt. Muscatt has quality but looks lazy to me.

The fact we signed two players and didn't play them suggests to me they were signed by Goldberg and not the manager.

It could prove to be a more important point than the one the previous week against Billericay.
