Thamesmead Town made certain of finishing top of the League when they beat Belvedere Youth 5-0 last evening (Friday). This was Thamesmead's 3rd fixture in 6 days and in the next 5 days they face Dartford in the League Cup (Shield) and Bromley who are contending the runner up spot with Welling United. Let's hope we win on Sunday and that Thamesmead don't run out of steam by Tuesday night!
