If we do run anymore away coaches they will be advertised on here, on clubs social media and by email to WUSA members.

I would ask fans to stop calling the club shop phone to ask if we are running coaches. Twice today people have called me asking if we are running a coach to Torquay. One of these people actually called me last week asking the same question. If this persists then I will turn the phone off and only accept communication by email.

Thanks everyone.

Maybe the people who called don't use this forum.

Can I put in an early request for a coach to our Dartford away game, people just dont realise how complicated that direct route from Dartford train station is!

Joking aside, this is a bit chicken and egg situation, as I can understand people asking if a coach is being arranged, as that expression of interest may make it more likely that a coach will be arranged, whereas if no one asks, waiting for an announcement on here, on clubs social media and by email to WUSA members, it will look as though there is no interest. And the situation may change, hence people repeatedly asking.

I suggest doing a calendar with a link that fans can click on for updates, showing definitely no coach travel (too far away to be practical or too close to be needed, or midweek and not enough time to get there) and remaining possibles, which actually wouldnt be that many.

Thats really good of you to offer to organise a coach to Dartford. Regret I wont need a place as if I manage to get there I can take Fastrack B from Dartford Station to Princes Road. Takes about 13 minutes. Of course London Bus 492 goes there as well from many parts of Bexley Borough including Sidcup and Bexleyheath and its travelcar/contactless friendly.

Alas, Johnny is unable to organise the coach as detailed above. The Ravens are at home the same day!

It has gone very quiet about the ground development. We will be looking for somewhere else to play for two years while PVR is rebuilt, with all the transport links to Dartford, it looks like that would be perfect for us to play at.

Then Jamison can spend even more time schmoozing with Dowson!

Sad update on the Dowson front, he has clearly been told to stop the angry melt downs when they lose, which I would always look out for with a smile, his post match interview after a recent 1 - 4 defeat was too low key for my liking, bring back the old Dowson who'd say after a loss "we didnt defend, we didnt attack, the players dont try, I made the wrong decisions, I am throwing myself under a bus, we are not good enough, we are too slow, our players will have to go, we are too old..."

If you like interviews like that, hunt out Dorking manager Marc White's after his team got knocked out of the F.A. Cup by Horsham on Saturday. He doesn't hold back.
