World Cup
All of England’s group matches will be screened in the Wings Bar with free entry.

Provided that they do not clash with function bookings any possible knockout games will also be shown. [Have faith lads ignore the 'any possible'. bruno]


Football Fanatical, an A-Z of the beautiful game
After the Trindad match on 15 June there will be “an evening of comedy, commentary and quotation, poetry and prose – and the occasional song” with journalist Grahame Lloyd.

Tickets are priced at £10, which includes a buffet supper and stand up bingo, and are available by emailing WSU at wsu@wsu.org.uk or leaving your details at the Club on 020 8301 1196.


Danson Festival
WSU will again have an area at the Danson Festival which this year takes place on 1 and 2 July.


Quiz Nights
Quiz Nights will return on 2 September and will run on the first Friday of each month thereafter.

Tickets will be £6 (includes hot supper) and maximum team size is 6.
