Despite the lineman error today, it wasa poor display. Need some belief in the team to take responsibility and keep ball.

Really? Thought the team worked very hard.
Thats all I want from Welling.
First goal was well offside.
There forwards done a job on our keeper, make no mistake.
That effort that hit the bar could have changed the game in our favour.
Last 10 mins, we were strong and disappointed not to come away with a point.
Excellent support, I would have said at least 200.

We had a midfielder in goal for ove half the game and was up against a side who are one of the favourites to win this league.

So in view of that, would disagree with the poor display comment.

I thought the first goal was offside but as I said in the pub before the game - we will be talking about the officials after the match. Please can we have a game where we don't!

Didn't think it affected the outcome though as we didn't create much at all. We either need more creativity or people chipping in goals from set pieces, out of the blue etc.

Was still quite a battling performance though and nothing to worry about, especially considering our keeper was off and TJ in. Wasn't impressed with them much to be honest.

Also, the pitch! Terrible. That black crumb stuff was bouncing up like a good'un and bad for both teams.

I though TJ did a great job today. Some of his saves, although a little unorthadox, would make a regular keeper proud. As for their second goal I doubt very much if a professional keeper from the league could have stopped that.

Not happy with the wa###er group of Dorks who saw me looking at map on my phone just outside station. Very helpfull sent me in the total wrong direction.

Very early on, I said 'Wow, look at that bounce'. I look forward to when the pitches with the black stuff are banned.

Looking at their highlights, I don't think their first goal was offside, despite being convinced it was yesterday

Looks it to me when they headed the ball back in.  Player by six yard box

Isn't Alex Lankshear (partly hidden by Dave Winfield) further back than Prior?

Yes that would clear things up! scrappy goal either way then a right screamer. Not complaining about the result, or our performance much either.

Yes, the offside decision certainly seemed to go against us on the day as I think we were looking at later phases of the move including the final tap in. In any event, highly unlikely that the lino would have flagged based on his overall performance (see reaction of said lino in the back pass incident, for example). Fortunately, the ref spotted it but failed to spot the Dorking defender's constant desire to take Chuks shirt home with him as a 'souvenir of the day'.

Not a great performance from either side but Dorking should scrape a play off place and we should stay in this division.

Fantastic turnout, as usual, from the Welling faithful and as has already been mentioned a nice gesture from Marc White to acknowledge the travelling support.

If the Wings...
