My friends from the South Coast think highly of Davis and Quick, can't understand why they have been put out on loan and believe they will do a good job for us. We shall see!
As far as Alabi is concerned no comment was offered as he appears never to have started a match for Eastbourne.

Possibly Eastbourne are trimming their squad as they have also got rid of another 2 players with one going to Middlesborough. According to transfermarkt Alabi came on as a sub 4 times and was on bench for another 2. There again his wikipedia page says he made 3 apps for the sports. I am just glad we are able to sign players with experience of the league and of the game. Hopefully they will help nurture some of our younger squad members.

I assume that you are referring to Alabi. I saw a lot of him at Bromley and he was never prolific. His ratio there was one in five, I believe. However, his big talent was bringing others into the game. I am hoping that he will create the chances that Redfearn and the attacking midfielders can put away, and score a few himself.
Can't agree with your vision here Mr Wallop, Eastbourne ("don't think they are going up") are currently joint top of the league with four others, only in fifth place through goal difference. And on an unbeaten run of 10 games since losing to Boring Wood. I guess six draws and only four wins in their last 10 could be considered, "not getting the desired results", if just one of those draws had been a win they would currently be league leaders. I think this more a case of an oversized squad and trying to keep all their players match fit and happy.
It may not last but what wouldn't we give to be in their position right now?
A whole heap of money.
Personally would accept our position and have more stability with regards to our current grounds demise.
I get what your saying, but what they are paying out at the moment, dont see the benefit for them unloading anyone if promotion is their aim.
Lets see how my comment pans out come April. Currently 8/1 to win the league if you fancy it?

Or releasing funds to bring in big bucks reinforcements.
