Is the fact there are no comments about today's performance at 6.50pm an indication of the malaise around the club? I appreciate the die hards were at the game but it seems a shame that the forum is dead.
Bottom three and looking very worrying but still plenty of points to fight for. Remember the miracle of last season!
I went elsewhere yesterday and listened to the excellent broadcast by Nigel and Mark. I was not looking forward to listening in as with Truro being top of the form table I didnt think we stood a chance. In fact I was dreading to see a repeat of last year down at Plymouth.
I hope we do get a miracle and survive for another year. However, if not, I will continue to support the club as best as I can. Possibly even get to a few more away games. As has been said before Owners, Managers and Players come and go but the fans stay true and loyal to their club. Lets keep the faith and spur the team on for these last 9 league games.

A strange game yesterday and, although the players battled well, there was an inevitability about the result.
We had a gale at our backs first half and never used the conditions properly.Of course it doesn't help when you concede after 80 seconds. We should have been peppering their goal first half and the first time we shot we scored! We then had a golden chance to go in 2-1 ahead but somehow managed to mess that up.
Second half was always going to be an uphill task even before our captain got a second yellow which, at best was daft, at worst plain stupid. They had clearly worked him out as he was sent off in the home game at PVR. If it had been another player the manager would have slaughtered them but this player is clearly immune from criticism...We actually battled well a man down and had half chances to equalise but their third was a good strike to kill the contest. Multiple substitutions again - some of them worked but some didn't. It appears that the team is selected by drawing names from a hat as one week you start and the next you don't even make the squad and vice versa....how can we expect any continuity in that scenario...?! Perhaps the new coach can address that but only if he's actually at the games of course....
Last but not least hats off to every Welling fan who went to Cornwall yesterday. Got behind the team from first minute to last. The away support as a percentage of home support is second to none at this level and we deserve better.
I haven't completely given up hope just yet but the fat lady is definitely clearing her throat....

Our discipline has been an absolute disaster for a while now. How many sending offs in the past 3 seasons or so? We're already up against it with a limited squad and the constant chop changing of new players so when I see we go down to 10 especially away from home, you just know what's coming next
It feels like we're absolutely doomed. At the same stage last season all the momentum was with us, and now its going the other way

I posted an answer to a comment on Facebook earlier. For this season prior to yesterday in Red Cards table we are 4th on 6 Aveley have 6 and Chesham and Worthing have 7. Yellow cards we are 3rd on 78 below Hemel on 79 and Eastbourne on 95. Opposition have received 2 reds and 65 yellows whilst playing against us.

It's maybe also worth pointing out that we've not had a straight red all season, the one we did have was brilliantly overturned by some club official or other. We are equal 4th in the discipline table (lower is better), but we are a well below the level that could lead to FA action, so "absolute disaster" is a bit harsh for this season.
Really disappointing result yesterday, I thought we deserved a draw but yet again we came away with nothing. Who knows what would have happened if we had taken that breakaway chance in the first half. You have to score when you get chances like that but unfortunately we didn't. The sending off was a disgraceful decision. I spoke to Dave straight after the game, he said that he didn't do anything and was just trying to get up from underneath their player. He was fully aware of the previous yellow card, hence why he had his arms up when he finally got to his feet. The highlights will back up how bad the Referees decision was, we have 9 game's left and for us now it's reached "Cup final" time. I'll admit that I'm genuinely concerned for our National League status, I just hope we can get ourselves out from our current situation rather than rely on other teams results going our way . I must apologise for the slight break in transmission yesterday due to the WIFI connection going down, and thanks to the supporters who got in touch to let me know that we was off air. Finally a massive shout out to our fans who made the journey to Cornwall, by car, train and even by plane flying out of Gatwick. We had fantastic support down there and it was great to meet up with supporters on Friday night for a few drinks
Just watched the replay of Winfields 2nd Yellow and its absolutely deserved. 10th Yellow and 2nd Red, he may have told you that he was just trying to get up, but thats bulls*** , he dragged him to the floor in a headlock and then kept it on him on the floor.
I think the initial tussle he did have his arm around him but from the camera angle it's hard to see what actually happened on the ground (didn't look like much really).
If the ref had said 'get up and play on' then I doubt anyone would have moaned as it wasn't that type of game.
Second yellows have to stop though, even it means being whiter than white.
