Lewis Gard midfielder is the latest wings player. Back in the 14/15 season I heard Jamie Turner wanted shirt 69 but league said no. Bit different this season.

I know I have referred to it before but I really struggle to understand yet more signings. After the Canvey Island win (3 games ago?) Maxwell said:

"We're united and I don't want to sign any more. I want to stay as we are unless I have to in terms of injuries and suspensions"

Since that comment we have now signed 5 players as far as I am aware!  Watching from afar it is a very strange situation.

Hopefully 3 points tomorrow will ease things.
