I deleted an anonymous speculative posting in the 'Official Site RUBBISH' thread. Initially I posted a cautionary notice but having had the meaning of my comment queried I decided that it was probably better to delete it.

Speculation is not of itself a problem but has to be both attributable and capable of being challenged/debated. You cannot challenge or debate with an anonymous being.

Anonymous speculation can also be used to generate a pointless slagging match which, in my opinion as the moderator, this particular posting was desgned to do and that has no place on the Forum.
