States that Ade is after a forward released by a club at the end of last season and is awaiting a decision. Also states that he is negociation with Steve Perkins and Martin Carthy although the latter may be packing up due to training as a cab driver.
Would be great if we can hang on to these two...for a couple of the last games of the season Perks really showed the difference in height against some opposition. Hopefully he will be less prone to injury.
Surely Carthy becoming a cabby would be ideal as he can work around the footy?
Yes I agree Graham, but I have known someone take 31/2 years full time to get the badge for the "knowledge", so I guess each to his own.
News Shopper tonight reports interest from two league clubs in players but Ade has played his cards close to his chest in that they are on holiday at present. My guess is obviously Keds, but the second is more difficult. Jamie Day attracted league interest last season but with his CAFC role and family and another year I dont think its him. Jamie Turner had an excedllent season but why would Ade invest in Paul Hyde as a further coach and is quoted as saying he believes JT will play league football one day.
So purely from a process of elimination I am going for Solly, an excellent season and deserves it but then again its pure speculation
Beacause System of a wing that is what he chose to do and now that he has done it he is sucessful at what he does. Each individual learns in different ways, some may have done it quicker others take longer.
As far as I'm concerned this is a forum about WUFC and not about debating the rights and wrongs of people's lives. If you wish to raise such matters, (which I had done pureply in example to Martin Carthy's ambitions) please do them elsewhere.
Having now seen the article I think that the most encouraging thing is that if Martin Carthy continues to play next season he has told Ade that it will be with us.

I think System of a wing read 31/2 as "thirty one/two years" - assuming you meant "three and a half"....
Yes your right three and a half is indeed what I intended. Feel it would be a very old cabbie and completely hacked off if the other and could have porobably retrained to be a brain surgeon in the meantime
Thank you. No offence intended on either part I'm sure and we both have the common purpose of supporting WUFC so you cant be all bad. Do excuse the joke in repost.
Good luck for the remainder of the summer before the footie starts. If memory corrects me are you still studying?
