Although technically correct, i can't help feeling that the use of the words "solitary" and "losers" have more than a little sarcasm intended. More importantly though, we were far from disgraced considering that of all the teams there we probably have one of, if not the smallest support base to call upon and, a fantastic weekend was had by more than 30 friends and Welling fans although Martyn, our keeper, might disagree. Can i just echo those sentiments of Mogwai and say that it is more the social event of the whole weekend then the football and that i was proud of my team who got further than any other year that we have entered.
