Congratulations to Rishi Nankani and Ian Brooke who were both on the bench for Saturdays KCFA match against the Army. They were two of the four year ones to make the squad.
Match comments
Although 0-0 at half time it was inevitable that once Kent scored they would win the game.
Rishi came on with about 15-20 minutes left. He set up the 4th goal with his second touch pulling the ball back from the touch line, and then scored a superb goal. Picking the ball in the centre circle he chipped it past the last defender, ran through, looked around to see he was clear and then coolly took it around the keeper and slotted into the empty net.
Final result The Army U18's 1 - 5 Kent County FA Reps side
