From the Altrincham site:

Should the FA Trophy between Tamworth and Altrincham be postponed tomorrow, as The Lamb pitch, like most in the country, is already heavy and more rain is forecast, the FA has instructed that the game would be re-scheduled for this Saturday (13th at 3pm) In those circumstances, the second round game for the victors, at home to Welling United, would take place next Tuesday (16th) at 7.45pm. But, as things stand, the tie is still scheduled for tomorrow.

Screws up the live commentary i was gonna do too. Doubtful id go up midweek although possible. Having said that, if any of the boys want to commentate via phone i will broadcast it via the audio server. I dare say there would be a couple of hundred listeners for the game, espesh if midweek.

Send a PM if you want to commentate and yes you can have a mate help you! All you need is a mobile and hopefully some free minutes :)

Having said all that, theres still a chance i will do it either saturday or midweek live from ground.

If Tamworth / Altrincham is called off tonight will Welling be playing Basingstoke on Saturday?

Basingstoke are playing Havant and Waterlooville so that is a non starter.

I'm sure Ade will want an alternative fixture if we can't play the Trophy match on Saturday and as far as I can tell from their websites Eastleigh or Thurrock at home or Sutton away if Lewes win or don't play tonight look like the possibilities.

Game is definitely OFF

If it is feasible to rearrange a league fixture I guess Thurrock at home would be best as they is due to be played midweek in March and as we have no floodlights...... At least they haven't far to come for a 1.30 start

Not sure if anything can be rearranged at such short notice. Stewards etc need t be notified so they can get the afternoon off from the supermarket!

If Alty manage to beat Tamuff, then Welling might as well stay at home.  Alty at home are a very useful outfit.  Have been for the past three seasons.
