For those coming by train, its a 5-10 minute walk from the station to the ground. Keep jewsons on your right as you come out of the station and follow that road past Aldi and the Ford dealership (on your left). Turn left when you get to the roundabout with the Odeon cinema (or right if you have time for a beer in spoons) and you'll see the ground ahead of you (floodlights) when you get to the second mini roundabout take a left towards the railway viaduct, and right into Kettlebrook rd immediately before them.
As this is a major road, its often easier to walk the underpaths below.

There is a 22:20 from Tamworth direct to London Euston, arriving 00:09. Dirt cheap tickets were available on it yesterday. London has a public transport system that seems to function after midnight, even on a Tuesday/Wednesday, so I'm sure you could be home before the Sun comes up. Lightweights!
