Chris Moore is absolutelty fantastic, he is quick, strong, good on the ball, agile, has great awareness and is really fit, not to mention his quality in the air! I dont know how anyone can critisise any part of his game he is awesome in everything he does.
...to the U15 KYL side who have reached the final of the Faversham Trophies Challenge Cup by beating Bromley 1-0 in this afternoons semi final. They will meet Fisher in the final on 23 March.
Can someone ask Barrie if the club are allowed Guest beers?? If so i will put 2 barrels of Woodcote in the club, delivered free and all proceeds go to the club. I tried to get hold of the club yesterday but failed. I need an answer by tomorrow. (Why am i doing it?, I represent the brewery who are keen on gett...
Just spoken to a friend who was in a local bar late last night when Sam Keevil walked in with a certain Jimmy Bullard! They were both absolutely legless and were causing mahem, just hours after the Fulham v Villa game. With a big game against Newport Tuesday night I find this outrageous, dont think Mr...
From todays Ahead of the Game REINA BREAKS CLEMENCE RECORD Rafael Benitez has praised Jose Reina after the Liverpool goalkeeper raced to 50 clean sheets in a record number of games. That's all well and good, but Liverpool are fifth in the Premier League. Will the Spaniard be put on display in the troph...
Let's hope for one at 16.45! Or he might be needing an 'Escort' out of the ground....mwah ha ha...! Ahem. Am I right to assume that Andy Ford was NOT one of the 20 or so applicants? I recall reading an article that suggested Mr Ford said "come and get me". Did he apply or did Barry and Barrie 'go an...
"I thought Welling were dire, so much for wanting to impress the new boss. I couldn't believe it when they got it back to 3-2 because they were never really in the game. In the end it was just a case of how many we wanted to score" Clearly an objective view of the game. A complete clear out is requi...

Probably not today but from now on back at the games hopefully home and away. I wont be entering into debates of why who and how and why i stayed away. The past is the past the future is what matters. I maybe there today but have a bit of business which may keep me away. Lets hope Fordy can get off to a good start...
Opinion from the terraces (and the stands) seems to almost unanimous that Neil should go / be sacked. The problem is who could be brought in to turn our season around. Why not let others know who you think should be the next Manager and what you think they would bring to the Club. I've included in the poll t...
Welling United have appointed Andy Ford. Full story at: http://www.wellingunited.com/ Not entirely sure why the first post disappeared so here it is again. James
Before the new manager comes in and probably make changes, could someone post a listing of the current players that are in the squad including (on loan) Many thanks Mike
Discussion last night about no matter who we get in - is it too late? Even if they bring in new players - they'll need a chance to settle. By then we could be seriously adrift. I can't see us scoring many goals unless there are big changes.
Will be interesting to see if Neil turns out for Bromley tonight in the KSC tie against Tonbridge Angels. kentonline reports that he is expected to sign in time for tonights match and post on Angels forum says he has signed.
