Good win in the end last night, didn'n think the goals would come but better late than never, players looked a little rusty after the weather inforced lay off. As a long time wings fan it was great to see 3 u18's on the bench last night and there goalkeeper warming up before the game. With finances at the cl...
Joe Dolan at the back and Craig Braham Barrett on the left. Seems to be a few (including us) who have strengthened mid season. I wonder if these will be the clubs who finish decent and keep their play off spots. They brought in Stefan Payne the other day (The guy who pushed over Sambrook in the game vs Gilli...
Something emailed to me earlier in the day. "Lower Road, River is being dug up for gas works at present and is blocked off at the Dublin Man O'War pub. It is not possible to come into River along Lower Road from the Alkham Valley Road. All traffic entering River, and therefore Crabble, has to come i...

3 of their fans were involved in a traffic accident on Saturday returning home after seeing their team play at Dover Athletic. Sadly one of the Truro fans has lost their life as a result of the accident. Devasting news for friends and family. http://tigertalk.myfanforum.org/ftopic2970-0.php
Hello all, it's that time again. The deadline for the next issue of WIE is 11th March and it would be great if we had one or two more contributors. If nothing else having different views and opinions helps to keep it fresh and (hopefully) interesting. Please email your contributions large or small to wi...
Great result tonight against Havant, keeps the pressure up. Did not play that well but did what we needed. Good to see some of the U18's on the bench. I hear the U18's are a good crop this season.
I know we have hammered a few teams and it would be easy to choose one of those. Weve also battered teams and lost or drawn. So what has been our best performance over the last 2 seasons?

Sutton get late winner against Boreham Wood, Darts drew with Ryman Wealdstone and lost Bradbrook to injury and face a replay next Tuesday. Thurrock draw with Bromley, Staines drew at home . Basingstoke drew at home which is probably a good result for those in the play off spots.
While its poor for finances (thank got theres the pughie money), at least all of our players have had a good rest and they should all be fit, give Wazza some time too. Could be a good thing as we should be refreshed and ready for the push for the play offs.
The game on Sat is most likely going to fall foul of the weather, however from Sunday the weather seems to be improving so do we think there is the chance that the game could be played next Wednesday? - their reserves play at home on the Tuesday.
See on the U18's web site they may be using Bexley Grammar for there games for the rest of the season, that's great news. It's a fantastic school and just a 5 min walk from Park View Rd. Also a chance for everyone to see some of our youngsters in action.
Craig Holloway has today signed for Welling United. He has played for several teams against us, twice being man of the match at Braintree when we pummelled them but drew and lost. Other clubs he has represented against us are Chelmsford, Bromley and Thurrock. Welcome to Welling, Craig.
Have put together a few clips of Legends Night, will upload them early evening.
