Can anyone explain to me why he keeps playing himself!!!! We have a more than capable midfield dinamo and playmaker in the now fit Sammy Keevill, I am just starting to get frustrated as my friends on the south coast who are well in with the Lewes Board and I have heard that they are watching Sammys situat...
Hi Guys, Just got back from Eastbourne (stayed over to get a bit of sea air)! I just wanted to say that the Wings fans were magnificent on Saturday, I was only gutted not to be singing with you as I was looking after the olds in the stand. It was you guys who got us the equaliser, as our heads could have easily...
How has Neil got the audacity to play himself ahead of arguably our best midfielder, or is Keevil still injured. Neil just manage please as you are not good enough to play anymore, we would be a far better side with Chippy and Sam in the heart of midfield AND YOU KNOW IT. Stop putting yourself first and pu...
I'm sitting on the fence on the Neil stay or go situation at the moment as he's managed to get results from 2 of the 3 matches I said were critical. The problem is that football, like it or not, is a results business and though it was an unenviable draw yesterday we needed to win. The reception for the team f...
Right before I start, lets put my point of view up front. Football grounds at our level particularily shouldnt have to accomadate drums, trumpets, trombones et al. It ruins it for a lot of others and my experience is that the things are either blown incoherantly or banged until no one can be heard. If He...
I am very concerned about the make up of the Team at present. We have 3 Loan Signings in the Team, Clark Masters, Ross Montague and Fabian Quintyn plus Marlon Patterson and Jerome Boyce on non-contract terms. That is approximately 45 per cent of the Team or 30 per cent of the Squad. We are not...
This position is clearly a problem with Carpenter now as well as Keevil injured. Neil is clearly miles off of the pace and is just embarrassing himself walking around the pitch, shouting and punting the ball forward in any direction! You cant fault his enthusiasm but he is rubbish and quite clearly pa...
...Chippy will be back on Saturday ...Omari Coleman and Sam Keevil are approaching full fitness and confirms that JT will be between the posts Upbeat quotes from Neil Smith.
I suppose it's better than a Friday night kick off but it does mean you'll be in Eastbourne if you want to watch the England game. Shame it wasn't 12noon as it could have meant Wings fans could have just got home in time. As it is I won't be able to make it. The England fixture has been known for many months, wo...
Dont know if this one has been done before but the bloke I go with and a season ticket holder ( squirrel-dont go there) is 83 this year. Anybody beat this? Do we have any info on how many of our season ticket holders took up the offer to buy five/ten year deals as opposed to the annual ones?
In a way getting Eastbourne away maybe could be a good thing - noone will expect us to win therefore no pressure, and if can beat St Albans at the weekend then another confidence boost I'm looking forward to going - hopefully a lot will travel as it's not that far
What is it 13/14 including the manager and Two keepers , Ok add the loan players in BUT.. surely we should have a squad big enough not to need loan players? Is it all a case of Neil still learning? We only get so many loan spells so what happens if they get used up?

As you will no doubt have seen there is a problem with firefox on large posts such as that titled 'Away to Eastbourne see draw below' started by MarkX. In order to view the responses you will need to use an add on from the mozilla site which opens the page in explorer - I use IE Tab which works fine.

In the London Youth Cup, won convincingly today, away from home, 20-1. No it ain't a betting figure, it was the acctual score, I was reffing the game. 8 goals first half, 12 in the second, even went down to 10 men for the other team who went down to 10 due to injury. Were 5-0 after 5 minutes. This Welling tea...

Less than a week til October and still no player profiles. Also read Weeks ago that a proper online shop with pics etc would be online. No good making it look good but not updating the parts you said you would for months. No profiles is a joke, and the Club Shop pages not done just costs the club money and wit...
