All the clubs in the NLN and NLS who refused to play and were in breach of rule 8.39 have been fined and will start the season with a two point penalty. Dover will not be relegated from the National League but have been fined £40k and will start with minus 12 points.
https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/56151863 Assuming they allow fans to attend (very unlikely) we'll have about a month to play about 26 games. Somehow I don't think this is going to happen
Unsurprisingly, Welling's game with Bath on Saturday has been postponed. Instead, Welling and Hungerford have agreed that the previously postponed game at Hungerford will now be played on Saturday so Steve Lovell will get the opportunity of some squad members who he has not seen.
I've just found some tapes again from 2003-04 of games filmed... I know there is Worcester away in Dr Martens ? and Dover in the FA Trophy, they are labelled, I am hoping the 3-2 game at Stafford is there too as we were 2-0 up with 11 mins left and i think thats the night Phil Collins called Paul Parker a See yo...
We are getting stick on social media from residents and pictures have been uploaded of lots of people in the stands. I cant say i can defend the club, in the photos last night there looked to be well over 60 people in the stands and thats just awful and undefendable. For those who think what a touch i can bla...

I find it a shame that all the work the academy does to get players up to the standard to be knocking on the first team door that they just get overlooked.so then welling lose them to other clubs.
Does anyone know which way Welling have gone /are going with this? The NL were informed by Tonbridge Angels yesterday at 9pm of their choice of suspending the season. Also Concord have told the league that they will not be competing in any further fixtures until they have more information on Financ...
I have had some problem with the football forums I am on including this one. Any PMs regarding shop or WUSA should now go to this new account please and not the old squarevanman one please. Many thanks
In case you missed it, comment from Mark Goldberg on the official site on comings and goings. Coming in are Scott Doe, Kristian Campbell, Dominic Vose, Olumide Durojaiye and the resigning of Anthony Cook.
Yes I know we have games in hand....quite a lot in some cases but I am feeling now the best for us would be a termination of this season. We appear to be in a bit of a mess right now. With no further funding coming ( loans yes but that is somewhere I would rather we didnt go with our history) it may be better to pla...
